I married my best friend. This is hilarious to me because I asked Tyler if it felt like we had been married for 6 months already and he said "no, because we've only been married for 5 months". hahaha, I can't count. I mean, him and I had to count it out...lol. Anyway, 5months.....6 months same diff. It feels like so much longer to me. We've had some good times that's for sure. Don't worry we've had our moments too. All in all, it's been great and I wouldn't trade it for anything. The first night I met Tyler was hilarious. My roommate and I had met up with him and some of his friends. I thought he was cute (and tall) when we met but I remember mostly being shocked because Tyler was throwing back all the crap that I was giving him. I've been known to be a little sarcastic at times and he was just as sarcastic back. We were down on the strip and we walked so much I thought I would die. I wore these stupid little flip flops and my feet were literally close to bleeding. Tyler walked up to me and said "Jump on, I'll give you a piggy back ride". I said "no thanks", but then as my feet continued to crumble I jumped on. I wanted to see him again but had no way of contacting him, plus I didn't call boys so.....I was out of luck. Then the next night I got this text from him asking me if I had fun the night before. Das right.....he was a stalker and got my number. The rest is history.
We went to Utah last month. Every time we go, we walk around temple square. This last time I was reminded of the time that we went up to Utah when we were dating. We were walking around when all of a sudden Tyler said nervously "so..... like you know you're my best friend now right?" It was so funny, but still so cute!! He'll probably kill me for blogging about that...but oh well, what's new? haha. Over the last couple of weeks I have been in cavity hell dealing with my teeth issues and Tyler has been so good to me. Nothin better than a husband to take care of you when you are cracked out on painkillers. I truly am blessed to have such an awesome husband and to be married to my best friend. He's always trying to spoil me, and puts up with all my drama. He's such a hard worker and I LOVE HIM!
