My Secret Crushes

Bob Harper....can you seriously be any cuter? So I watch Biggest Loser when I'm at the gym. My obsession with Bob started when I wanted to punch Jillian in the face because she's the rudest manly woman I have ever seen. Bob is so tender hearted and truly cares about the well being of his team. I knew he was the one when I saw him cry....Might be gay, but still adorable.

I was a fan the minute I set my eyes on this one. Every week Adam Lambert blows America away with his talent. His voice is amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing and I love how he does his very own rendition of every song he picks. How can someone like this be on the same show as that chick Megan Joy??!?!?!?!?! She can't freaking sing. Get off the show! Also, I don't care if he wears guyliner.......I still heart him :)

So.....I kinda sorta watch VH1's Tough Love. Don't judge me. At first I was a little skeptical, but I like it and I love the host guy Steven Ward. I love how he tells the girls exactly what's up. I may or may not have gotten teary eyed watching this weeks rerun today. Now don't get me wrong...I'm sure this guy is a tool in real life, but he is so nice and sincere on the show! He gives the girls a male perspective and doesn't mess around or lie to them. If only I had of had this guy around while I was in college...hahaha, but seriously.
SIKE!How could I forget my boy Brett Michaels?......Very easily my friends. I can't believe this show is still running. Are you kidding me?!?!?!?!?!?!? RIDICULOUS!

Now even though I love these boys (except for Brett), I can't forget my one true crush.....

It's not so secret :) I will probably get beat for posting this pic...but I mean how could I not?!?!? hahahaha!

Cleaning out the camera

I was going through the camera and found some pics that I thought I would upload....some are from a while ago, and some are more recent..

This was from Tyler's birthday back in February......mmmmmm, crab legs. GROSS, but it was his birthday :)

These next couple of pics are of our home.....Disregard that annoying dot in the middle of some of the pics.....our camera was having issues. We got most of our stuff for free when we were getting married. The only thing I bought was the rug on the floor....$15 at a garage sale...HOLLA!

This is Tyler with my sister Mandy's crazy/cute kids. I love this picture because they are all looking in different directions.....and Tyrone looks stoned....hahahaha.

This is Tyler's sister Tara's little boy Jayden.....He was born with a fohawk! So cute!

So Tyler always laughs at me and says I get hyper after I eat....I don't know what he's talking about! hahaha, also, I have wireless eyes. Don't judge!

This was before church this morning...... We thought we'd test out the timer on the camera. It works!

Update

I just thought I would update our blog since we just got done working out and I have energy! I went to a kickboxing class and dragged Tyler along. He lasted for about 2.5 minutes and then bounced and left me all alone. Thanks babe :) Anyway, the class was intense and I loved it. I'm not gonna lie, I felt a little lanky and out of place but I still kept going. My legs were literally the length of the lady beside me....lol. Anwyay, afterwards I went and sat in the sauna for about twenty. I'm so glad we pushed ourselves to go work out tonight. All I wanted to do after today (aka The Monday from hell) was sit and eat and watch reality tv, but I'm glad we didn't.
We helped my sister Mandy and her family move on Saturday. They are now living around the corner from my sister Kim. We're sad to see them go because we loved living so close to them and already miss their adorable kids :( It was fun to hang with the sibs and to see my mam and Malcolm, even if we were working like slaves moving Mandy's stuff;) We're are all planning a trip to Alamo soon and can't wait. We went to the St. Patricks day shin dig in Hendo on Saturday night with The smallwoods, and some other friends. So Fun! Ieven fot talked into ridingr a ride. It was the scariest thing in my life and Tyler got mad at me for dropping the S bomb a few times....oops.
In other news, I had my first big upper management staff meeting today. I ordered food in, and the stupid caterers lost our order. My first big moment to shine and what do you know....someone dropped the ball. It was cool though, I re-ordered and the food only ended up being about 10 minutes late. All in all, it turned out well and they still love me :)

I have a new best friend.

So, I mentioned in a previous post that Tyler and I have been hitting the gym hardcore. Well, let me tell you I found a new best friend the other day. It's this machine....

So I've always been a runner at the gym, and trust me I still run.....but this little machine is amazing. It's hard, but I can feel results already..... I feel it everywhere. It burns, and if it ain't burnin then it ain't working. The treadmill will always be my numero uno....but the stairmill is coming in close to second. Until next time...

Grateful!

Yesterday morning I received some really sad and shocking news. I woke up early and just had a feeling to check my mail. It was way early in the morning, but I just felt like I needed to check it. I got an email from a friends husband telling me that my friend had passed away. It was such a shock. I felt like I had been literally hit by a bus. I met my friend Tasche Murray when I was up at BYU-Idaho when I was 18. We were both working at Melaleuca. Tasche, Stephanie and I soon began to hang out all the time. Tasche was from Rexburg, so she had all sorts of connections to the town. At that time in my life, I was having a hard time. I was homesick, sick of school and stressed about life. She helped me through that hard time. She would always get me out of the house and would always have something crazy fun to do. She was such a good friend and hilarious as all get out. The three of us would get into all sorts of trouble together. The three of us friends went our seperate ways. I moved back to Vegas, Steph moved home to Maryland and Tasche got engaged and got married in 2003. My mam, Bev and I drove up to her wedding in Idaho. She was a gorgeous bride and her and her husband were so happy! I lost contact with her, but she found me on facebook about 5 months ago. We quickly caught up and she told me they were expecting twin boys in Fed 09. She was so excited that I was engaged and would give me tons of advice and tips for the wedding planning. She gave birth to two gorgeous, healthy boys 3 weeks ago. This made the news of her death even harder. Her husband blessed their twins yesterday and burried his wife today. Even though this sad news is such a shock....I can't help but be grateful for the knowledge that I have. I know that this same knowledge has and will continue to help her family through this trial. I know I'll see her again!
